Evidence-based
Rosa’s Way® Probiotic Spray was created by a mother and grandmother with a mission to provide safe and natural allergy protection.Probiotic Spray is proven to be both safe and effective in preventing diseases caused by house dust mites. It works by neutralizing Der p1, one of the most dangerous allergens found in house dust. The data presented below supports these claims.
The efficacy and safety of Rosa’s Way® Probiotic Spray are backed by scientific research and laboratory testing. All tests and certifications were conducted by accredited European laboratories, a leading European university specializing in molecular microbiology, a national health authority, and an institute responsible for evaluating the safety of health products.
Rosa’s Way® Probiotic Spray – Performance Tests

Neutralization of Der p1 within the first 5 days of application – Double-blind test conducted against a water-based control. Result: Over 89% neutralization rate achieved.

Neutralization of Der p1 within the first 12 hours of application – Tested in a simulated bedding environment containing Der p1 from dust mites, their feces, eggs, and remains. – Double-blind test compared with a water-based control. Result: Nearly 50% degradation of Der p1 observed within the first 12 hours.
Safety of the Probiotic Bacteria
Used in Rosa’s Way® Probiotic Spray
Summary Report on the Toxigenic Potential of Bacillus Species.
In vitro cytotoxicity tests on Vero cells confirmed that the probiotic Bacillus strains used in Rosa’s Way® Probiotic Spray are non-toxic.
Respiratory Safety Test
Acute inhalation toxicity study in rats demonstrated that exposure to the four-strain Bacillus consortium in the product caused no premature deaths or significant weight loss.
Overall Product Safety – Rosa’s Way® Probiotic Spray
Air Label Score
Certified by The Air Label Score, a Belgian body composed of experts in indoor air quality.
Result: Achieved the highest rating, A+, indicating a very low total level of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), well within acceptable safety limits.
All detected substances met the most stringent short-term exposure standards.
National Institute of Public Health – Hygienic Certificate
Confirms that Rosa’s Way® Probiotic Spray meets all current health and safety regulations.
Difference between an allergy and a cold
1. Cause
- Allergy (Allergic Rhinitis):
- Caused by a hypersensitive immune response to non-infectious environmental antigens (allergens) like pollen, dust mites, mold spores, or pet dander.
- The immune system mistakenly identifies harmless substances as threats.
- Cold (Common Cold):
- Caused by viral infections, most commonly rhinoviruses, but also coronaviruses, adenoviruses, etc.
- The immune response is activated by actual pathogens, aiming to eliminate them.
2. Immune Mechanism
- Allergy:
- Type I Hypersensitivity reaction.
- Involves IgE antibodies, which bind to allergens and trigger mast cells to release histamine and other mediators.
- This causes inflammation, mucus secretion, and vascular changes.
- Cold:
- Initiates an innate immune response, followed by an adaptive response involving IgA, IgM, and IgG antibodies.
- Cytokines like interferons (IFNs) play a role in viral suppression and symptom development (fever, malaise).
3. Symptoms: Similar but Distinct in Mechanism

4. Diagnosis and testing
- Allergy:
- Skin prick tests, serum IgE levels, and specific allergen testing.
- No pathogens are present.
- Cold:
- Usually diagnosed clinically.
- Viral cultures or PCR testing can detect the virus if necessary.
5. Treatment differences
- Allergy:
- Antihistamines, intranasal corticosteroids, allergen avoidance, and immunotherapy.
- No need for antiviral agents.
- Cold:
- Supportive care: hydration, rest, decongestants, sometimes zinc or vitamin C.
- Antibiotics are not effective (unless secondary bacterial infection occurs).
